We’re officially into fall, even if it’s still a bit steamy in our home state of Florida. But even though it’s getting darker sooner, Mindstamp keeps burning plenty of midnight oil to deliver the most feature-rich and simple to use interactive video platform available 🏆

This month we introduced Dynamic Lead Capture, Completion Certificates, Resumable Views, and more!

New Features

Dynamic Lead Capture

You’ve always been able to trigger Mindstamp to capture lead information from your viewers at the beginning of the video or at the first time they click on an interaction.

We’ve dramatically enhanced the lead capture power of Mindstamp by enabling you to trigger this prompt at the ideal moment in your video based on your specific viewer experience. This could be driven by any specific interaction (for instance a click to download a special guide or white paper) or once they reach a given time in the video and are ready to engage more.

You can configure dynamic lead capture under settings for your videos.


Completion Certificates

If you’re using Mindstamp interactive video to train viewers on a given topic or certify them for completion of a course, we now support personalized Certificates that can present at the end of a video.

You can deliver the certificate with custom and dynamic content based on your viewer and use Conditional Logic to only display a Certificate if a viewer has achieved a certain correctness score on questions or simply present the certificate if they reach the end of the video.

Certificates can be downloaded as images for sharing on social media and LinkedIn. Give us a shout to learn more about how to configure your Certificate on Mindstamp!

Resumable Views

If you are tracking unique viewers to your videos and what to allow them to resume their view wherever they left off, you can now toggle a switch under video settings that says ‘Allow Resumed Views’.

If your viewer comes back within 48 hours of starting the video they’ll be prompted to Resume Viewing or Start Over. If they resume, we’ll consolidate all viewer interactions into an updated view report so you can accurately track the progress of viewers through a single video without having to piece it together from multiple individual views.

We’re about to release an enhanced version of Conditional Logic that will let you combine multiple conditions with AND / OR statements to build advanced conditions that dramatically expand your ability to tailor the interactions you present to the precise needs of your viewers.

  • Button and Image Action Templates: We want to make it easier than ever to drive viewer actions with Mindstamp, so we’re building a library of templates to help you quickly add a call-to-action to your video that best matches your brand. From ‘Buy Now’ to ‘Give Feedback’ assets, Mindstamp will let you make a professional interactive video in seconds, regardless of your design skills.

  • Mindstamp Zapier Integration: Mindstamp connects to hundreds of third party applications through Zapier by leveraging their native Webhook ‘Zap’. You can trigger Mindstamp Webhooks for a View, Lead Capture or every Interaction event. We’re making this easier than ever with our own native ‘Zap’ which will easily authenticate and connect to your Mindstamp account and allow for simplified configuration of the data you want delivered and mapping to the systems you use most.

  • New Reporting Engine: We’re enhancing the Mindstamp reporting engine to give you more control of how you filter and review your views and interactions. This will also allow you to more easily export large data sets and review data by date range.
